Building process

1-Ground checking. We check the resistance, the kind of ground and their characteristics.

2-Land movement and holes. We prepare the area improving the relief.

3-Foundation. We build concrete bricks that we will put in the base of the building columns.
These are under the ground.

4-Building the structure. Depending of the kind of building, the base can be walls, pillars and it can be made of reinforced concrete or iron.

5-Building the closing sections. The closing sections are the partitions that close the building from the outdoor and divide the indoor space of the building. We must prepare the way for the pipes and cables.

6-Facilities placement. The hot and cold water condutions, the gas condutions, the TV, electricity, Internet condutions are placed.

7-Finished part. Here we place the floor, we paint the walls, we place the doors...

Tarea 1.1

Definition of a technical project: the different activities carried out since one problem arises until we are able to solve it. This method of work consists of the following steps:

1.Define the problem: the situation that need to be solved is clearly defined.

2.Look for solutions: searching for information, analyzing similar objects, raising different solutions and choosing the most appropriate one.
3.Design the object: in this step the idea is set and it is described in written and graphic form.

4.Planning: it has to do with anticipating the jobs that are going to be carried out, handing out the job, obtaining the materials and preparing the tools

5.Construction: it is necessary to manufacture the different parts separately and later put them together.
6.Evaluation: one tests how the object works and corrects the design if necessary.

7.Communication of results: it is necessary to present a technical report in which one describes the whole process.

"Definición de proyecto técnico: las diferentes actividades llevadas a cabo desde que surge un problema hasta que podemos solucionarlo. Este método de trabajo consta de los siguientes pasos:

"1. Definir el problema: la situación que necesita ser resuelta es definida claramente.

""2. Buscar soluciones: buscando informaciń, analiando objetos similares, formular diferentes soluciones y escoger la más adecuada.

"3. Diseñar el objeto: en este paso la idea es establecida y es descrita de forma escrita y gráficamente."

"4. Planificación: se tienen que hacer con anticipado los trabajos que se van a llevar a cabo, distribuyendo el trabajo, obteniendo los materiales y preparando las herramientas."
"5. Construcción: es necesario fabricar las diferentes parte por separado y más tarde unirlas"
"6. Evaluación: probar como funciona el objeto y corregir el diseño si es necesario."
"7. Comunicación de los resultados: Es necesario presentar un informe in el que se decriba todo el proceso."
